"Erin has been a savior for me this last year and a half! She has created amazing menus and advertisements, it's not anything I could make myself... During which time, she took over so many of my administrative responsibilities that I actually had time to perfect my recipes even more and meet with my customers! I cannot thank you enough, Erin..."

“The opportunity to work with such talented individuals does not come along very often and I am pleased that I’ve had the opportunity to work with you. Your experience in marketing as well as graphic design has proven to be a tremendous asset to the start up of Valley Virtual Assistants... Your knowledge of business practices proves that you take the time to do your “homework” and I consider you an expert in the field. You truly are an asset to the Virtual Assistant industry and I look forward to working with you in the future.”

About Us

As previously stated, my name is Erin Banister. I founded TrinityJacobs in the year 2000, after spending years working as a freelancer.

I had been a VA for numerous types of businesses, from restaurants to attorneys – and everything in between. The move to opening as a business was a natural progression.

Business was booming, I had more clients than I had asked for – yet less and less time. Thus, I opened TrinityJacobs and partnered with a few key VAs (some of which still work with us to this day!).

In addition to my marketing expertise, TrinityJacobs partners with several VAs with varying specialties – from public relations to advertising, as well as database creation and real estate.

The beauty in this is that you, when partnering with TrinityJacobs, get a one-stop shop for virtual assistance – there is no need to look anywhere else.

If you need it, we can cover it. If we can’t cover it, we can either learn it or find someone who knows it. Plain and simple.

How We Work Together

Expectations are premeditated resentments. To alleviate any resentments and form a powerful partnership, there are a few things you can expect from partnering with TrinityJacobs.

  • You can expect to deal directly with me. Generally, you won’t have to deal with the other VAs unless you need something very specific and I can’t relay the information.
  • You can expect punctuality as well as honesty. Brutal honesty.
  • You can expect your business back-end to run smoothly, efficiently, and more cost-effectively than by hiring in-house assistants.

There are also a few things I expect from you.

  • I expect you to be honest with me, and as forthcoming as you can stand. Rest assured that I am not offended easily, and I listen to words – not how you say them.
  • When you tell me something, expect that I will do it – and not be offended if you ask if I can make something ‘better’, ‘cleaner’, etc.
  • I also expect you to trust me, as you would if you hired an employee. I’ve been through this more than once, rest assured your needs will be met.
  • I also expect you to answer my questions, and make reasonable suggestions on direction. We will work together as a team, a team dedicated to the growth and maintenance of your business.

So now that we’ve gotten this far, lets talk more about you. If you have a moment, please take a pencil and paper and write down your tasks in your day.

I want you to sort through these tasks and figure out what has to be done by you, and then separate these tasks from your list.

Next I’d like to ask that you add anything else to your list that you think would add to the growth and maintenance of your business. These can be any number of unrelated tasks – from marketing materials, to contact management, to research – anything you can think of.

Now, look over that list and review the paragraphs below. Choose one that you think fits best with your needs. Don’t worry! This decision isn’t final – you can always go back and choose another one. Or, we could just create a new package specifically for your needs. It’s up to you!
