I know you’re tired.

Do you remember that list you made on the on our about page? Look at that list – these are all things other people can take care of. How much time does it take you to do these tasks?

How long does it take you to respond to emails, set up your website (or improve it!), update your contact list, create marketing pieces? I'm willing to bet you could take those 10-50 hours monthly and do something great with it. I'm also willing to bet you’ll get more clients, customers, and ideas.

What we really need is help.

To better serve you we offer three tiers of services for your business:

Administrative Services: Data entry, document conversion, transcription, etc. $45 Hourly

Executive Services: marketing support, proofreading/editing, scheduling, etc. $50 Hourly

Expert Services: Website design/maintenance, ezine/newsletter creation/maintenance, marketing, PR, etc. $55 Hourly

But wait! I need a combination of the categories!

I've thought of that too! What you need is a retainer agreement. The rate structure of the retainer is dependent on the services you need. After we’ve discussed your needs as they are, we will set a monthly allotment – for instance 10 hours. You pay for this month up front, and you can use the hours when you need them. If you happen to need more time, we will continue the services at the retainer rate. This rate structure will be calculated when you begin with us, three months after partnership, and then yearly afterwards.
